The big question - how much does it cost?
The normal price for the full twelve and a half hours of instruction, your 196-page manual, CD, handouts, and everything else you need, is just £250.
That’s expensive???
In comparison to free NHS classes, maybe!
But then this goes way beyond what you’ll be taught on the NHS, as I’ve mentioned previously. Think of it this way...
You'll learn the techniques once for this birth, but then you can then use them again and again, no matter how many children you have
You can use HypnoBirthing® in conjunction with any other plans you have - homebirth or hospital, water birth...whatever. It's your choice what kind of birth to have - HypnoBirthing® helps them all.
You can use the techniques to help calm and relax yourself any time you feel stressed out (this alone is invaluable).
My normal price for a single hypnotherapy session is £40 (meaning you're getting a minimum of £500 worth of my time), BUT remember your partner will be included as well!! You're also getting all your course materials and continued support - I'm sure you'll agree this is excellent value
You're pregnant for nine months - that's around 280 days - which means this course is just over 89p per day. Less than the cost of a decent cup of coffee...
